1 cup mayonnaise

1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 can (4 oz) diced jalapeños, drained (or 2-3 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped)

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use an electric mixer or a whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.

Add the Cheeses: Fold in the sharp cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese until well incorporated.

Incorporate Jalapeños and Bacon: Stir in the diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan or a suitable baking dish and spread it out evenly with a spatula.

Bake: Place the dip in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.

Enjoy: Serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetable sticks.
