2 medium zucchinis, sliced into ½-inch rounds

1 cup marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup sliced pepperoni (or your favorite toppings)

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Olive oil for drizzling

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Zucchini:

    - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up.

      - Rinse the zucchinis and slice them into rounds, about ½ inch thick. Pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

        Season the Zucchini:

          - Arrange the zucchini rounds on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Toss gently to coat.

            Bake the Zucchini:
